Which is data type of MD150?

Is data type same when you tried to move? Have you converted it to correct data type?

Which is CPU?

D stands for a double word, i.e. 32 bits

W stands for a word, i.e. 16 bits.

How would you like to fit the first into the latter in terms of  size?

And without information about data type of the MD (REAL? or not?) it is only guessing what are you doing there.

I already moved a real to MD150, but I do not know the algorithm to transfer a real to a integer and move to PQW(analog output).
