Hi everyone,

I am working in a project which has  simatic v5.6, wincc 7.5, S7-400 H station, one engineering station, two redundant servers, and two working stations.

I am trying to put all these components in one integrated project on the engineering station. Put i faces some problems:

for server application, i recieve a message ( no connection to data server) on alarm panner.

for client application, i recieve a message ( Start Picture not found please configure the desired start picture).

-Is there any document to configure this case? . i have already followed a document

But this document does not show the configuration for client work stations inside an integrated project.

Could anyone help.

for the first question about the data server. It works after run  "CCAlgRtServer.exe".

Hello  Eng Muhammed Adel,

if you get "no connection to data server" on the AlarmControl,
then the Alarmlogging Server is not running.
Have you activated the Alarmlogging in the Startup-list in the
Computerproperties ?
If yes, check in the Windows Taskmanager if the process "CCAlgRtServer.exe"
is running.

If the Startpicture on the Client is not found, the reason
can be missing windows rights, see FAQ:
