Upgrade to 8.3 has stopped communication with all devices

Rumswigger Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I have recently bought a new LOGO! 8.3 and found I could not communicate with it using my existing version of LOGO soft comfort. I registered and downloaded and installed the upgrade to v8.3. Now I get the message "Unable to access remote device" not only with the new LOGO! 8.3 but also with my older LOGOs. I have ensured that I am using the correct IP address. The LAN light is flashing orange, showing that there is some data transfer. What is going on?

Why a factory reset? The LOGO! 8,3 is new. And he can't connect only with the new LOGO!. With older LOGO!s has he also the problem. Rumswigger Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Thanks for your help. The problem lay in the configuration of the USB port from the laptop. The Siemens supplied software for this did not work. When I switched to the software that came with the laptop the problem vanished.
