Are WinCC 7.4 SP1 Updates cumulative similarly to 7.5?
In this case would it be possible to Update from current version to the latest Update version directly, without going chronologically one by one. 

In v7.5 it is clearly written: "The updates are cumulative and contain all previous updates."

But I have not found equivalent statement in WinCC 7.4 SP1 Upx.

Along with the download of update 18 for Wincc v7.4 SP1, in the following link, there is a readme file that contaons the statement in the attachment below. It should answer your question adequately.

All Siemens software updates are cumulative. At least in the IA&D division.
