This code is referenced by me from a friend. and on my friend's computer there is no error but mine is. please let me know how do i solve the above error. thank you very much ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from How to add a block to the program?. bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello nguyenduyminh, I think the problem is: TheCount = GetObject("winmgmts:root\CIMV2").ExecQuery("Select * FROM Win32_Process WHERE Name=’EXCEL.EXE’ ").Count This calls a 32-Bit version of Excel, you call a 64-Bit version of Excel with: TheCount = GetObject("winmgmts:root\CIMV2").ExecQuery("Select * FROM Win x64_Process WHERE Name=’Excel.EXE’ ").Count WinCC is a 32-Bit application, and can only work with other 32-Bit applications.
