In c script you can have the following way out of it

Int S,H,A;

S=gettagword("tag1name");

H=gettagword("tag2name");

A= S+H;

Settagword("tag3name",A);

And if you are supposed to show the addition in the out field  then just write this script in output value c script and instead of settag line u just have to write 

return A;

If you are asking for a VB Script this should do:

Dim var1, var2

var1 = SmartTags("var_a")
var2 = SmartTags("var_b")

var2 = var1 * 100

SmartTags("var_b") = var2
