You must download hardware plus configurired networks from Netpro. In your case select Simaic, go to PLC menu and Download selected station, after download all networks. After that if you open Station Configurator Editor you must see established connection. Don't use Netpro for diagnostic of network. This red square doesn't means that you didn't connected. Better check your connection with OPC Scout. You can find more information about testing OPC connection here in this forum using search button.

Idownloaded everything from netpro and I have the station already runnig (I mean all components are OK and running - IE General, OPC Server, Stationmanager).

I checked the connection with OPC scout, I also checked the connection with another OPC client from the network. I can see all the itemsdefined within OPC server, But I can not see their actual values. I have only bad values.

Any further ideas?
