I tried to run simulation for wincc unified comfort V17 and when want to login on brower but it always show that incorrect name or password (see attached photo 1) . I had tried many method like (1.) create different user at local user ; (2.) uncheck "keep current user adminstration data in runtime" ; (3.) reinstall tia portal v17 up1 ; (4.) tried with different of browser ; but non of the above able to login.

I had install a tia portal v17 at vmware and tried to login and this time it works.

I had open runtime manager and on user management tab, when i click start local user management, it show " The JSON file is not correctly formatted" (see attached photo 2) but in vmware runtime manager show " local user management running (see attached photo 3).

Is it got related with settings or other possibility?
