I am going to program on G120 with TIA  V16

So I want to know actual torque on running motor

How can I see it?

How can I monitor it?

There is Axis DB which is ActuralTorque in StatusTorqueData 

But I couln't monitor

It is just 0.0

the actual torque of the drive can be seen in its parameter r80 (set parameter filter to "extended parameters").

As you speak about some "axis DB" you are probably operating the drive at a PLC Technology object, aren't you? 

If you also want to receive the torque value inside your PLC you have to send it from the drive to the PLC via the cyclic telegram. I guess you use one of the standard telegrams for communication (e.g. tel 1 or tel 3?). You could add a supplementary telegram ("add actual value") in the drive's telegram configuration. Then you need to connect r80 to the next free index in p2051[x]. On the PLC side you need to read out that value and also be aware that the value you receive in the PLC will be a percentage value which you need to multiply with the reference torque (p200x) to get the real torque in Nm - so you see this is not that easy.

If you would use for example standard tleegram 352 there the torque would automatically be implemented (on PLC side you could then use the SINA_SPEED_TEL352 FB). But then you can't work with Technology Objects anymore. 

For SINAMICS S drives there is the additional telegram 750 available which you need to get the value in this Axis DB (that you mentioned) - this does not work for G120 drives I think. 

So either just watch the torque in your drive parameter r80 or if you really want to have it in the PLC you need to put some additional effort.
