Hi. I need to download changes of HMI project to HMI panel.

I connected to the panel in online mode but when I start download I get the error message "Failed to establish a connection to the device with address..."

Can anybody help with the issue please?

Here are a series of points to verify:

Are the HMI panel and PC on the same subnet? Is there an intermediate element between them, such as a router?

Do they ping each other?

In the HMI panel, is the transfer mode configured as 'Automatic' and the protocol as 'Ethernet'?

Have you already configured the PG-PC Interface of your programming computer?

Is the download protocol configured on the PC as 'Ethernet' too?
