I am using "job mailbox"  (job number 70) and "data record" to transfer different  Recipe records from the HMI (KTP700 basic) to PLC (CPU 1214C). Everything works perfectly if I set the job mailbox  acquisition time to 1s, but if I set it lower e.g. 500ms or 100ms, every time I reset the status word in the data record from 4 (transfer completed OK) to 0 (to allow another transfer) I get a "Transfer not possible, reset data mailbox on the PLC" error message (although the next transfer works OK). 

Any ideas why it works OK at 1s but not at 500ms. This is happens however long the wait between the status word going to 4 and being reset back to 0 for the next transfer.

(I'm only using "job mailbox" and "data record" in the "area pointer" settings for the communications link)
