Good day to all. My problem is:

1) We have a machine with G120 CU240E-2PN control and G120 PM240 IP20 power module

2) We control speed and on\off state by PLC with standard telegram 20, PZD - 2/6

3) After sending the ON command from PLC to G120 it turns on.

4)Few hours\minutes later drive is going to stop without faults

5) I connect to G120, when I do this I saw that we don't have all required enables

- OFF1 enable is missing

- Speed controller inhibited

6) PLC still sends all commands correctly, connection VIA profinet without using DI contacts in G120

7) In the list "Ramp-function generator" in Simotion SCOUT I see that "OFF1 enable missing" is orange, without this signal drive not start. BUT (!) signal OFF1 is good, and when I open control words - I see his status as OK and green

8) After power reboot drive we have a chance that everything will be OK but after hours\minutes problem returns

Look like G120 lost an OFF1 Signal, but still has it and cannot reset the internal problem with its state. Help please, how can I solve the problem?

Please check control word 2 bit 13, external fault is high. (refer snap NOT-Work_now2)

Please check why this signal is high / how this is triggered?
