WinCC WebUX - Internal Server Error HTTP 500.1013

When I do the necessary actions for WebUX installation, I get a warning like HTTP 500.1013 Internal Server Error; The project is running at runtime, We created the users for WebUX, We adapted the project according to WebUX, For WebUX we have provided the relevant permissions from the project, We did what needs to be done on the IIS side (according to what is explained in the pdf); *Although we have made these settings, we are getting HTTP 500.1013 - Internal Server Error when trying to connect to the WebUX server.* Do you have any information about this error, have you encountered it before?
