missing panel image

UNIOR86 Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hello I have problem with missing panel image when downloading to hmi I already saw post about it and i downloaded and extracted basic panel image in corresponding siemens v16 folder (KTP400 Basic), but still it doesnt work and asks for panel image What can i do else? Can i do something in tia portal about it? tnx

What is the version of TIA Portal? incl. service packs? Check in your project the image version of panel you programmed? Best regards, Wizard

After that if you already have installed a Upd für TIA V16 install also the Upd Package from this link: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109746530 Please do not start installing single Panel Images somwhere inyour File system, use only the packages and DVDs.
