CBo Gold Member Joined: 4/5/2006 Last visit: 10/3/2025 Posts: 917 Rating: (63)	Hi razoh, I had a look very fast to log files, and I seen 2 big error you have to correct: 1st - you already seen, both server has no connection with OS-803. If it's plcs you download maybe you forgot to download connection in NetPro, or connection are wrong. 2nd - I supposed you have redundant station: in log files you can see (License_Info.log) - SRV1 has 1670 PO - SRV2 has 1689 PO that explain why project doesn't work fine when server are bothrunning (NOT same project on the two redundant server) There are some other error in log files, but i think you have to correct what said above: - OS-803 connection - make sure same project is running on both server Regards

razoh Posts: 81 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have deleted the project from both servers and I download it again. I have same project in both servers and I download server data and NetPro connections to my client and I still have the same problem. One server working is Ok, but when I switch on the second, the request queue size goes up a lot, until cannot do anything. I have attached new diagnose logs and it seens I it still have same problem with 0S-803, but everything seems ok in the system and os-803 is working properly. Anyway, I think the only solution is to download again connections for that PLC and carry out a full compilation and dowload. Any idea Attachment DiagnoseSVR1.zip (291 Downloads)

razoh Posts: 81 Rating: (0)	More tests: The CPU's that is causing problems is redundant as the other two, then: 1- I have stopped the standby CPU 2- I have stopped all the clients 3- I switch on the second server to have both working at the same time (No problems yet) 4- I switch on one by one all the clients (No problems yet) But.... 5- When I set to RUN the plc that has to be in standby, problems again, Request qeue size goes up very fast and I cannot do anything in the clients. Then obviously the problem is in the PLC, Any idea to solve this without a full download or a download of the connections which will stop the PLC???? I also did the same test with the standby plc stopped but I switched on the server with all the clients on, then the request queue size grows up until 300 and then it goes down to 0. Then works OK. Definetely the that Redundant PLC doesnt like my redundant servers
