I have a problem when migrating PM340 to PM240-2. After changing the power module, I used STARTER software to change hardware configuration to the new successor one. When everything finished, I run my motor and drive and it got a fault F1910 fiedbus setpoint timeout error. I read the manual and change f2040 from 100ms to 500ms but it's still fault. My control unit is Cu310-2 DP and CF card version 5.2. I can see that the communication is normal because I can see the setpoint come to my drive through PLC comand. So I dont know why this problem appear (I increase fieldbus timeout in p2040 2047 also)

does this fault occur suddenly during operation or does it appear once when you power up your machine?

In the second case it could be that just the drive starts up way faster than the PLC so it already waits for PLC connection but misses that and gives the fault.

To me this probably means that your PLC simply is not yet ready and in cyclic operation but the drives are already waiting for the PLC commands. That's why they throw this alarm. The drives would also throw the alarm if you bring your PLC from RUN to STOP mode for example - so this is a quite normal behavior. 

So what you could easily do is to acknowledge the drive faults once your cyclic PLC program has started to work. The acknowledge command bit is part of control word 1 which you cyclically send to the drive.
