I want to run a motor  in slow-fast both in forward and reverse direction via g120 drive.

We have 3 inputs available

a) Forward Run in slow speed

b) Reverse Run in slow speed

c) Run motor in fast speed (both in forward and reverse)

Please help me what parameter do i have to do for this.

But for 

P1022 used r722.4 why not used r722.2

P1023 used r722.5 why not used r722.3

And 

When we operate motor via binary coded and each time diff. Input is used for fixed speed set poibt then what we select in p840.

Hello Beginner to learn,

Title of topic is "RUN 2 Speed motor ....".

Please clarify do you want to run motor in 2 different fixed speeds? or motor connected has dual winding motor? i.e. star & delta to be selected for high/low speed & run?

Today I tried to run the motor as per the parameter told by you via starter software with G120_CU240E_2

wiring is done via no push button and select p15 = 3

wiring is done in DI0, DI1, DI4, DI5

as we press the push-button motor is running with fixed freq. when DI0 & DI4 is pressed

but when DI1 & DI5 is pressed, no response from the drive.

Checked voltage at DI1 & DI5 terminal found +24V is coming, when we check the status at r721 then input status is low but showing high for DI0 & DI4 when pressed.

Earlier when the macro is 12 then DI1 input is showing high but at that time DI4 & DI5 not checked as not wired

This is using qty 4 digital inputs, from P15, Macro 3 is selected to give 4 fixed speeds for conveyor.

Quick commissioning needs to be done and during this select Macr03, then make the changes below. The Macro selections attempt to make a configuration quick to achieve, see the manual for the options.

You want to do this with 3 digital inputs, but I can do this quick; qty 3 inputs might need some thought.

P1020 = r722.0, (r parameters are read only, in this case these are looking at the digital inputs).

P1021 = r722.1

P1022 = r722.4

P1020 = r722.5

P840 = r1025 (run Command for each input)

P1070 = r1024 (setpoint)

P1001 = 500rom

P1002 = -500rpm (minus 500, when selecting these speeds it can be set a Minus or Plus)

P1003 = 1000rpm

P1004 = -1000rpm (minus 1000)

If you are starting out with this kit, I recommend you download a copy of STARTER, this software will communicate with the drives by USB to Mini USB cable.

STARTER, Siemens software here you will be able to see all inputs, outputs, running conditions and all parameters.
