Problem: WebNavigator and WinCC's Central Color Palette

CKa Advanced Member Joined: 10/13/2005 Last visit: 12/31/2025 Posts: 33 Rating: (3)	Hello. We have just found a problem with WinCC 7.0 when working with the add-on WebNavigator 7.0. We started to use the new "Central Color Palette" feature in WinCC (located by clicking Properties for the WinCC root in the project and then the User Interface and Design tab). This feature allows you to have a central color palette and then to easily change the colors used in the WinCC pictures, by changing the colors in only one place, the central color palette. This feature works as it should with ordinary WinCC client stations but not together with WebNavigator. The colors from the central color palette all shows up as black in the published web pictures for the WebNavigator. Using colors not from the central color palette makes the colors show up as they should in the published pictures. Have anyone else of you had the same problem and have you found any solution to this problem, like a hotfix or some work-around? This feature would save much time when the need comes for changing a color used in the WinCC pictures. Thank you in advance for your answers. Best Regards, Conny.

CKa Advanced Member Joined: 10/13/2005 Last visit: 12/31/2025 Posts: 33 Rating: (3)	Hi, what I can remember (from almost 10 years ago), we never found a solution where WinCC's central color palette would have worked with WinCC WebNavigator. We ended up not using the centeral color palette. The same problem hasn't come up after this so I don't have information about if the central color palette is working nowadays with the newest version of WinCC.
