Exporting data to Excel using a VB script - if there are more than 20 tags, it will no longer be exported

The first 20th tags exported to the Excel file, when they are more than 20; and other tags didn't exported. I can't understand what happen. Could you Please, tell me what is the solution ...! my script has shown in below ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Exporting data to Excel using a VB script. WHich Excel Version do you have installed (32bit or 64 bit)? Make diagnostic outputs with showsystemalarm and look if the script runs though properly. Bye Murof

Anything if you can, post the project here, and I'll do a test. my excel is in V2013. good luck

That could be it, I tested it by creating it in explorer, right-clicking the file the first time. good luck
