Login timeout expired while trying to write to SQL

Hi, I'm using WinCC Professional V16 scada. I have 4 different vb scripts that writes different data to local SQL server. Scripts writes data to 2 different DBs and 4 different tables. These scripts are triggered from scheduled tasks from tag change. On engineering station everything is working as it should. But once I transfer project to runtime PC 1 of 4 scripts gives me error: "-2147467259 login timeout expired" every time I try to write data to SQL. Tried changing connection string, db, table still no luck. I'm lost and don't know what I'm missing. Any suggestions/ideas what to look for? VB code in attachment.
