Hi all,

I'm having an issue in online a Siemens TP1200 comfort panel (IPC) using a translated IP by 1783-NATR. I do not have issue in connecting the PLC through translated IP, but I cannot online the HMI even after enabled the ports for the translated IP by referring to https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/80917729/which-ports-are-used-by-wincc-advanced-wincc-runtime-advanced-wincc-runtime-professional-basic-panels-comfort-panels-panels-and-ipc-?dti=0&lc=en-WW 

Do refer the attachment for the network connection.

Thus, may I know do I enabled the wrong ports or I miss out some setting to be done in IPC?

Hi Murof, 

Based on the website, to load comfort panel via "extended download to device" with the IP address, I have tried to insert the translated IP, but still could not find the comfort panel. However, the translated IP can be ping. 

Thus, I'm not sure whether I set the wrong TCP for the translated IP in the NATR or some configuration need to be done on the IPC.

Appreciate if this can be solve. Thanks.
