Hi All I am new to PCS7 so sorry in advance if I am not clear. I have been following the PA modules for PCS7 and I am currently at P02-01. You can find the models at: https://new.siemens.com/global/en/company/sustainability/education/sce/learning-training-documents/pcs-7-modules-9-0.html The main problem is that in WinCC when I active the program both my CFCs and SFCs are crossed out. I do not know why or how to fix this; I am using PLCSIM TCPIP, and I believe those settings are correct. If anyone could help with this I would appreciate it. Hello, Runtime faceplates shows as grayed out color or crossed marks indicate that there is no communication between Controller (Or Simulator) with OS. Considering your query with ES as OS (Single Station): And Then, Right-click to open the system parameters of your connection under WinCC Explorer > Tag Management > SIMATIC S7 PROTOCOL SUITE > "Connection" and select the "Unit" tab. There you set "Logical device name" to "PLCSIM". You must then close and then restart WinCC. Considering your query with ES as OS (Single Station): Addition to above setting, make sure that PLCSIM is installed and copy and paste the ES PLCSIM in OS in order to operate and Monitor the data The below link will help you further more on your query, kindly go through it once. How can you link WinCC to S7 PLCSIM? Hope it helps you!
