Speed reference stuck at 1500, motor won’t change speed

As this must be an issue of the right parameterization it would be really helpful to get some more information about your configuration.

How do you control the drive (PLC telegram / analogue input/ ...)?

Did you check the maximum speed? (p1082)

Can you go online with the drive using STARTER/Startdrive -> here you could check the signal flow of the speed setpoint coming in and where it is limit in the masks of the setpoint channel

I’m controlling the VFD with a PLC S71200 and using the analog input

I will connect with start Drive and check the p1082 next time I’m back at the site, that is what I have not done yet, just got the call this morning

So in case your speed setpoint comes from the PLC you should go online with the drive and check which value the drive receives from the PLC. If this is already limited to 1500rpm you need to check the reference speed in p2000 as well as your PLC program. If this is higher you should follow the speed setpoint signal through the masks and check where the limitation comes from.

Same valid for analogue input - check the scaling of the analogue input (so which speed value corresponds to 10V at the input - is it maybe limited to 1500rpm here?).
