Dears,

       I am using TP 1500 comport panel HMI  6av2 124-0qc02-0ax1, i was issued  with Runtime password login, so i am tryied to Power restart the HMI , Power off and again Power up after dispaly doesn't show anything its blank. i was tried many ways, i din't get anything.

I would try to do a factory reset of the panel, in case it was something in the internal software, and then download the project again.

How do you do a SIMATIC HMI operating system update (firmware update, OS update) on operator panels or perform a "Reset to factory settings"?

I tried, HMI power getting, display not power on and HMI backside one Green LED glowing after this problem. In working HMI same model number that green LED not glowing. i am tried sevel ways but can't find out what is the isssue.
