I'm trying to configurate a mobile panel KTP900F with Tia Portal V16.

I encounter some difficulties in security communication site. I respected the manual of configuration, but if you can see in the PDF attached, i don't receive the information and the QBAD is ON (no communication). The HMI interface is working good.

Do you have any idea why this is happening?
