As Google translate and I undestand you whant see in your PC screen HMI simulation with normal values not for ?????

So first off all I suggest you go to control panel >> Set PG/PC Interface >> there find and choose your Lan card change from TCPIP to Auto or try change to other and then roll back.

Also see in program or there exist connection between PLC and HMI maybe you not defined connection and HMI don't know what value to show then also writes ??????

Or check size of field where value must be writen or format.

The #### you see can be for one of two reasons: 

1. The HMI is not linked to the partner (PLC).
   
   
2. The value is outside the range of the number display.

To explain (2) per example..
a) The PLC value is -1 but the HMI is configured to show only positive numbers.
b) The PLC value is 1000 but the HMI is configured to display only 3 digits.

What do you think is the problem for your case? Describe detail that of your configuration if you need more assistance.
