Split from LOGO! soft comfort V8.3.

I can get 8.3 running on Monterey as I recently updated from Mojave and it was working there.  Bizarrely the latest download from Siemens won't run, but the old download will run even though it is the latest 8.3 version (don't know why).  I still had the download in my downloads folder from Mojave and this installed fine.  You can always cut and paste from another Mac device the entire folder and this will just work.

I had issues with opening projects as Apple have added a new function that restricts app access to folders.  In preferences - security and privacy - full disk access, I granted LSC full disk access, this then allowed me to open projects.  There might be a more secure way to do this, but I cannot figure this as the folder access option would not allow me to add additional folders to LSC.

Hopefully if anyone else has this problem, at least they have a fix.
