i think its not normal. In most cases cycles of 500 ms should work. If you want to use faster 250ms or 100ms its not sure that this works because of the communication overhead and the Communicatoin type (MPi or Ethernet)

 The panel use an Ethernet connection directly to the PLC...

I tryed to change the tags acquisition cycle from 1s to 500ms but no luck...

Any idea or suggestions?

I'm using TIA PORTAL V13 Update 5

I updated the panel OS when it asked to do so.

If i look at the PLC FC the values are update correctly, it looks like the panel is updated only every 5s (just counted)... it's the first time that this happen to me, i'm really confused... 

Ok, there was a strange bug in the project, probably my fault, a button pressed without noticing... anyway.

Under "Connection" i have two connection:

Connection_1 with the wire draw

HMI_Connection with the panel draw

The Connection_1 communication driver was set as SIMATIC S7 1200, BUT i'm using a SIMATIC S7 1500!

I don't know why it was set like this, really no idea. Ghosts maybe... (halloween late?)

Also i never understood why i have two connection in this page, any guide/easy explanation?
