first of all welcome to the forum.

The value of an up/down counter is not a float value, but a DInt value (double integer).
In order to transfer the counter value to the web server, you have to use the VM memory of the LOGO! use. Use the "Parameter VM mapping" function for this. You can find it under "Tools".

In LWE use a "Analog Value" component.

Parameterize this analog value as follows:

Block type: VD
Block number: 0
Block format: Unsigned

Yes, the same way, but in the other direction.

Via Parameter VM Mapping writes you in a parameter of the mathematical instruction. But in a mathematical instruction you can write only integer values (VW), not double integer values (VD).

But note:

The addresses in the VM area are byte oriented.

The addresses are 0 - 850 for user.

Bit eg. V0.0 = byte address. bit address.
V0.0 = bit 0 in the byte 0.

Byte e.g. VB0. VB0 included the bits V0.0 -V0.7.

Word eg. VW0. VW0 included VB0 and VB1. Also V0.0 - V1.7.
