I guess easiest is to read the file line by line, "fo.kill" the file (while using a Comfort Panel), re-create the file and write line by line what you read before except the selected line.

It depends a little bit if your Runtime runs on a Panel (Comfort Panel for example) or on a PC Based Runtime System?

For Panels with WinCe you only have the folowing Methods for File Access:
