Multiple user configuration for electronic signature.

anipat Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	When we configure multiple users for electronic signature. then we get the below error.. "Error in the configuration. The installed license only apply for one single user group.Fill in the first line only" & We have below license for wincc 1. WinCC RT 2048, V7.5 SP2 2. WinCC/Audit RT, V7.5 SP2 Please suggest if i need any additional license or any another configuration or setting. Thanks in Advance Attachment image for info.png (209 Downloads)

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 1/19/2026 Posts: 16644 Rating: (1944)	Hello anipat If I know you can use the Electronic Signature functino also without Audit but then you can use only one criteria für the Electronic Signature. With Audit you should be able to use multible criteria. I think you will need also a WinCC Audit RT License for engineering.
