Problem with Maintenance Station in PCS7

Configuration of system includes 2 H-system CPU417Hx4, Failsafe programm, PCS7, redundant server, CAS, 3 clients, ES with client license. Diagnostic screens should be watched on ES. The problem is that there is no information about modules (serial number, device name, hardware and software revision, etc.) on the diagnostic faceplete (ASSETAS) of the modules. Corresponding fields are empty. I've got following lines in GSC Runtime Window: ASSETAS - OnOpenPicture. AndreyCh Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	Hello, Thank you for your answer, JOTST. I have tried what you say. It didn't help. Messages in the GCS Window are the same. I attached printscreen. Server prefix should be AT2n_Prj_SERVER-AT2. I found code in script assigned on opening picture @PG_ASSETAS_IDENT.pdl, where server prefix is derived and transfered to IVar2Control and replaced it with my server prefix. It also didn't help.
