Recently i ve installed tia 16 with wincc professional on a virtual machine with windows 10 pro, the problem is that while the runtime simulation on the virtual machine works on other computers with the identical vm, on mine whenever i try to start runtime simulation i get an error of failed to start runtime simulation. Also whenever i try to save a project i get the following error 

and it aborts the saving process.

Worthwhile mention is that if i open a second tia project while keeping the project that has failed to save open then on the second project i am able to save but not use runtime simulation only.

Any help on what could be wrong on the virtual machine? What to check and whatnot?

I got another vm running with wincc proff v16 upd 4 and windows version 1809 windows 10. So it cant be an issue about the windows version outside the VM.

I would really love to get the update 5 VM running thanks in advance.
