When you do not have the original project, perhaps you can try the following:

Thanks to Ayman Elotaify

• Upload complete backup from the TP using Prosave.
• Create a new project using WinCC  with the new user adminstration settings and with empty screens. and download it on the TP.
• Use prosave again the make a backup image for "User Management"
  You can select "User Ma\nagement" in backup mask of the prosave program.
• Then download again the orignal image you have uploaded in the first step.
• Then download the backup image of "user management" on the TP.
• Now you have the same software with the new administration settings.

you can use also only the User Administration of the new Dummy Project:

-> Create a new dummy project, edit the PW for the Admin user

-> Generate the Project in TIA Portal

-> look in the generated files (IM Folder-> then downwards in the folders) -> there is a PDATA.pwx file

-> copy this file to a USB Device or SD Card and connect on the Panel

-> Open the File explorer on the Panel

-> copy the PDATA.pwx file to the Flash/Simatic  Folder and overwrite if there is an existing one

-> Restart the Runtime on the Panel then the Pwx file will be imported and overwrites the existing User Administration

But of course reloadiing the original Project from TIA Portal with overwriting User Administration would be the better solution but if you do not have it, this "emergency way" should work and makes your admin user work again (in most cases)

you have to compile the TP900 Comfort Project first in TIA Portal.

I have done a little test:

-> create TP900 Comfort ->compile-> check in project path-

..\IM\HMI\C\0\Generates\

here I have a pdata.pwx file as supposed.
