I am not a CNC expert, but i suppose that it is controlled by a SINUMERIK control unit.

Usually, with normal PLCs, loaded program can be uploadad from PLC to PC but i am not sure if the same procedure can be done with SINUMERIK.

I would check if control unit is a SINUMERIK and then check the manual to find out if upload procedure is possible.

better contact the manufacturer of the machine. The manufacturer is Heynligenstaedt not Siemens.

thank you very much your replay,the secondhand machine control by siemens 840d (2004),i can upload plc to PC,but no comment,i dont know how to operate it ! 

In general terms: Older controllers did not save comments with the program.
Only recently do we have program comments saved onto the controller.

anyone can send a similar machine  PLC program and operate manual for me

 contact the manufacturer. Siemens controllers are usually delivered without any programm on it.
