I am have the exact same issue except on a KP300 Basic Mono and i know my connections are correct. I've tried a million different tags, I/O field configurations, etc. and can't make it work. Did you find an answer?

Hello All,

I have an S7 1200 1212C PLC and HMI KTP400 Basic. Tia portal v17

I am reading an analog sensor value in the PLC and I want to display it in the HMI.

I store the value at memory MD102 and I have used I/O field of the HMI and attached the tag to it.

I am not able to show the value. My I/O field shows ####. In the PLC , I can see the value.

Please help and suggest what should I do.

When  shows the characters #### it indicates that you have not communication. have you tried with other variables?.
