I have  HMI TP700 comfort

when i power on all it can do is in the attached photo

I try to Factory reset it with Prosave and Connection( enthernet) with Mac address,but seem to be nothing happen

I see the signal led at PN port dont have any blink when i boot this HMI

How can i reset it now?

You need to do a OS update with a USB thumb drive. With search, you can find more discussion about this.

 I found one solution for 2 Gen HMI which can reset with Recovery USB but this case only support Basic Panel i dont see it can work for Comfort panel

I am having the same problem. Factory reset is possible with ethernet only in case of TP700 and that port does not seem to work in my case as LED is not blinking. I tried steps as given in manual of prosave, but no success. It requires IP address of HMI, but what if I dont know IP address. there should be some way to reset HMI.

 It's also possible with a MAC address.

 Hello all


Many users of Comfort Panels seem to be facing this problem.

I also hear from some users that Support Request Team "Unofficially" told them that is is not possible to do a Factory reset for Comfort panels in this condition.

Has anyone been successfully been able to do an OS Update on a Comfort Panel using the "MAC Address" option ? If, yes, please share your experience for the benefit of other users.
