and what happen if you make a recompile all on the HMI?

 I try to recompile software(rebuild all). and only show one message compile finished like the photo.

And i try to recompile hardware(rebuild all）.It's also same.

I think the TIA PORTAL actually does not do the compile.

I have one way can simulate the project. In the first step click the start simulate button. second click the Online->Download. Then the project will compile. And the WinCC will run simulate. The message window will show the Compile message. 

But I want to fix this problem why do direct click the start simulate can not run the simulate.

can also be a problem with your installed Win11.

Do you have a Win10 to verif or can send the project for a test with it?

when I use windows 10. it already has this problem. but I always use the way I found to run simulate. And I send this project to my company mate. they use windows 10. also have this problem.

I deleted the IM folder. rebuild all again. It doesn't work.

Thank you for your help. I found a solution to fix this problem.

Change the device to Industrial PCS. Then change back to PC STATION. It works for me.
