Dear 0_Einstein, Thank you very much for your advises. I've solved all the problems except one that I can't figure out why it's happening.I work with a touch panel and use two mutually exclusive blocks to activate the outputs of the PLC - Automatic FB and manual FB.But when I activate an output with the manual block, the graphic on the touch panel that depicts the active output is correct, while the searching output, but activated with the automatic FB, causes the same graphic to blink. If you have any idea or experience with a similar problem I would be happy to hear your solution. Dear 0_Einstein, There is some problem that I cannot find despite my repeated attempts with various methods. I also tried with a counter, but there was no information about changing the active outputs.1. I work with a c7-1200 cpu 214 and I do not have the ability to set breakpoints in the program. 2. The HMI graphically visualizes all the tags with a red color on the graphic object at the value "0" of the tag and with a green color at the value "1" of the same tag. 3. When FB is active - "Automatic mode", the value of the tags is changed randomly, not systematically, and for this reason graphic objects blink randomly, which does not allow to detect any system error in the software 4. It is interesting that when FB is active - "Manual mode" the tags do not blink 5. The two FBs - "Automatic mode" and "Manual mode" are mutually exclusive. When one FB is active, the other is not and vice versa. 6. The only difference is time timers - TON, which are included in FB - "Automatic mode" due to technological requirements for management in this mode 7. But I don't see, and I don't know, how I can prohibit after the first cycle of these blocks - OB and FB to TON from reaching a software signal. I present graphics of this part of the software in the attached file. Will you be able to find and propose a solution to the problem ?
