l have write all thing in text library. But l can only see english language(you can see in photo). How can l do multi language in  my project?

I think you have only installed English language in WinCC Installation.

Insert DVD or Image and do a modify of your installation and install the other languages that you need.

Of course you could work without the functions of the Basic Process Control (OS Project Editor) but if you want the build in functionality in the system screens of the BPC then you have to install the needed language.

To only change the Runtime Langugage you can use  a Script or Dynamic Wizard to change to the language

Normally this project worked with 2 language in wincc 7.0. But l have migrated this project Wincc7.0 to Wincc 7.5. During migration everything was successfully finished just C Script wasn't succesfully. Beucase there is C Script and it was protected with password. Now l can see 2 language in text library. But l can't configure to this project with 2 language. Do you have any Script example( For read text from text library and write in runtime.)?

As I wrote the Basic Process Control (OS Project editor) standard works with installed Languages.

So check if you have installed the WinCC editing languages as needed.

To only switch the Runtime language you can use a dynamic wizard script for change.

-> if you do not have it available in Graphics designer because of the BPC -> open a new dummy project without running the OC Project editor and then check in Graphics designer (System Functions-> Language switch)(its a C Script with SetLanguage function)

-> But this Runtime langugage switch is not the same as the functions in PBC does
