From above description, it looks like either PLC watchdog error has triggered or PLC is in HALT mode due to test function configured in user program, this results PLC in STOP mode. Please check the seven segment display on NCU, check if any additional alarm exists, check infeed LED status, check drive LT module LED status or check at which state this problem is observed. Above checkpoints will help you to proceed further.
