There is no simple way to do this. Here is my workaround:

- Configure the runtime window in the Computer properties to display the Title Bar, Minimise, Maximise, etc.

- Then on your main screen draw a rectangle that is the same size as the Windows menu bar.

- Link the X and Y properties to two internal tags.

- Set the initial value of these two tags to display the rectangle at the top of the screen - so hiding the windows bar.

- Then you can easily show / hide the rectangle to show / hide the windows bar.

I have not tried this yet but I think it should work.
