Just follow the link and search for GSD https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/ps/13206 Usually when working with GSD files you have a separate project (STARTER or STARTDRIVE) on which the drives are parameterized. In your picture it seems that the CPU 314C-2 and the drive components are together in a single project. So if this is an integrated project (PLC + drives) you have to go online to the drives separately and upload them.
