Hi,

i get this dialog and the user on the computer does not have the privileges on the computer to confirm the dialog.

when i press OK i get the message: you do not have the sufficient rights to change the settings.

communication works fine anyway, so i dont really need to change any settings here. But its annoying that the dialog pops up everytime the computer is restarted.

what do i do?

You have to select a valid Ethernet Adapter and confirm the dialog and the dialog should not popup at OS Start again.

Does your PC belong to a domain network? 
Do you have any antivirus or firewall activated?

It seems that there is any kind of programm that changes the rules and rights, so if your PC belongs to a domain talk to your IT department.

Even more I recommend you to look into Windows log and at the firewall or antivirus log, you should have an activity there.
