If you go back to the original thread for your post  you can see that member rimts already posted a gsd file that they state corresponds to your machine.

The file is in pdf format; download it,  open it,  copy the text, and paste it inside an empty Notepad file. Save the Notepad document with a .gsd extension. If the file does not allow saving with a gsd extension (sometimes Notepad refuses to save with another extension than .txt), rename the file with a .gsd file with Windows Explorer tools once it is added.

You can now integrate the gsd file in Step 7 and insert a slave based on that file in your Profibus network.

If that does not give you the expected result  look at the following post intyhe original thread   it gives the name of the company that took over Supfina ( Thielenhaus), they could possibly keep archives on Supfina products.
