use a compatible windows 10 version

I recently Install 828D Programming tool SW4.8 SP5 HF3 in my laptop windows 10 Pro 64bit but when i open ( set PG/PC Interface ) i can't find the '' Programming Tool --.> TCP/IP --> Intel(R) etc....... '' in the Access Point of the application , there is only S7ONLINE(STEP 7) as attached below , please advise me .
