I use Step7 v5.6 SP2 and WinCC v7.5 SP2. I meet a problem, the HMI freeze about 20 seconds after login WinCC or switch user, operator can operating normally after about 20 seconds.

I use the following C script for login button.

I update Step7 and WinCC hotfix to Update 9, the problem still exist.

I have search the same problem in Siemens forum, but I do not find solution.

The memory of your PG/PC may be too full and therefore the registration times may increase.

If the occupied memory exceed 80% of tis total capacity, it may cause some delays of this type.

Do you use SIMATIC Logon for user centralization? If so, what exact version (including Updates)?

Slow login occurs on WinCC server(s) and client(s), or what is the SCADA configured architecture?

What is the OS build of the PCs where the login is slow? Is there an antivirus or firewall enabled?

Hanging of WinCC at login if you use Simatic Logon and domain server validation, is usually a sign of a problem with network or domain controller.

I do not use simatic logon. I only have one WinCC station, no client, no SCADA.

I use Siemens IPC647E, i7 CPU and 16GB RAM, Windows 10 LTSC 2019 x64 operating system, install STEP 7 V5.6 SP2 UPD9 and WinCC V7.5 SP2 UPD9. I have try all of other hotfix from UPD1 to UPD9, but no improvement at all.

The PC is standalone computer, not join to domain.

I have closed firewall and antivirus software.

The problems occurs with both softwares versions?

I checked the compatibility of your OS in the following link and I'm not sure that Windows LTSC 2019 is full compatible with WinCC V7.5 SP2 Upd9. Review if you OS it's 1809 version or not.
