I am not sure but maybe this sample created by the HCG may help, check the file I add to this post. Please also download the configuration completely againover Ethernet, because the configuration may not be completely up. But this is only a guess. HarriS Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, Thanks J_Bell, it seems to be working now, but I don't understand exactly what I did wrong. The code looks almost same... I noticed that I'm able to read from data block (DB, V), but not able to read data from inputs (I), outputs (Q) and bit memory (M). When I'm trying to read from I, Q and M I will get that bizarre error what I posted here. Big thanks!

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Hello, well, this is a bit strange because if you used the sample I added you try to access the I 0.0 Bool 1. But anyway, the problem I see might be in the "\X" you use. As far as I know this format requires 1 Byte, but you only offer 1 Bool. In this case the "\Y" is more recommendable. Besides this I would not use the setting for the debug level in here, just to be mentioned. Best regards J_Bell
