I use PLC S7-1512 as OPC UA Client and WinCC Pro as OPC UA Server (with default port 4861). I tried to connect PLC and WinCC but it didn't work. I use Real PLC and runtime WinCC Pro on my PC. 

I did configure both. When I ran WinCC Pro, I could connect to it by UA Expert and Prosys OPC UA client (with None Security). About PLC,I created a certificate and ran a program, so it could connect to Kepware (OPC UA Server, port 49320) (with None Security too). The problem is when I tried to connect the PLC and WinCC together it didn't work (value of port ConnectionHdl of Block "OPC UA Connect" still be 16x0) 

I handed the certificate by exporting from PLC Configuration --> Certificate Manager to both paths  ..\SCADA-RT_V11\WinCC\OPC\UAServer\PKI\CA\certs  and  ...\Siemens\CoRtHmiRTm\MiniWeb16.0.0\SystemRoot\SSL\certs.

In OPC Interface Security, I chose No Security mode and policy, I also added the certificate in certificate item. In user authentication, I added my admin account from WinCC Administration.

I wonder if something is wrong when I hand the certificate ? If not, please show me the way to fix this problem.

for using the OPC UA Server of WinCC Prof. you need a license,
for example  WinCC/ConnectivityPack V7.5 6AV6371-1DR07-5AX0.

If you not have such a license, the WinCC OPC UA Server
will not run.

It may be right. Howerver, I actually ran WinCC Prof as an OPC UA Server. I tested it by Prosys OPC UA Client.and it connected.

I attach a photo in which I connected to WinCC Prof by Prosys OPC UA Client. My PC address is 192.168.0.1. I runtime WinCC Prof and use Prosys Client on the same PC.

Does it work like that?
