Export Recipe Values to SD-Card

Ad72 Member Joined: 3/26/2015 Last visit: 11/21/2024 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi there. I am facing a problem with exporting recipe datasets to SD Card. It is a TP700 Comfort Panel. The Problem is only existing on this one Machine. The Neighbour Machine using the same Program Code is OK and the recipes are being exported without problem. We are doing it this way: After clicking a Button at the Touch Panel After using this Function, we are getting the Error Message: "290052" " Export of Data aborted with Error" In German: "Export der Datensätze mit Fehler abgeschlossen" Same SD Card worked on the Neighbour Machine. Anyone here have an Idea here to look at? Thank you very much in advance.

The following questions arise about the behaviour: - Does the behaviour only occur in the panel or also in the simulation - How many data records are created for this recipe at the time of export - Is the SD card recognised by the panel (visible in the Explorer in the panel outside RT) - Which SD card exactly do you use (SD card from Siemens or other manufacturer, can you create other files on the SD card via the Explorer in the panel (e.g. copy files to the card via Explorer etc.)? - Is this a new SD? Is the card formatted ? Can you test with another SD card ? I look forward to hearing from you.

This card exported the Dataset on the Neighbour Machine using the same TP700 Panel. Even though, we format the Card to FAT. Unfortunately, no success. The amount of Date is little. Below 100 Entries. I will check on the TP- Desktop (beside the RT) Excellent Idea! Thank you. We'll also test Simulation and come back with the result here. Thanks again!

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 1/21/2026 Posts: 16653 Rating: (1944)	Hello Ad72 If this is a Siemens SD Card then formating was not a good idea: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/95853895 If only this Panel does not mount the SD Card properly then you should do a Reset to factory settings of this Panel: LINK (of course do a backup before!) I had also this problem with a test panel and after reseting it worked again. Bye Murof
